on the following percentages:
Best Ball: 90% of USGA handicap for each player;
Chapman: 50% of USGA handicap for each player combined;
Scramble: 75% of USGA handicap of lowest player combined with
25% of higher players handicap index.
Please include 18 Hole
Handicap Index (or equivalent)
of both players with tournament entry. |
