Norma O’Leary, CGCS has been a Member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America since 1983 and has been Certified by the GCSAA since 1991. She has been the manager of Silver Bay Golf Course since 1990, and was a national finalist for Golf Course Superintendent of the year in 2002.
